∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Accounting and Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounting and Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Validating Third party invoices, Sales Orders, and Proforma Invoices.
∎ Ensuring the accuracy of pre- and post-costing.
∎ Making sure the accuracy of daily revenue.
∎ Assuring that all payments are received against deliveries and following up account receivables.
∎ Preparing Debit Notes/Credit Notes.
∎ Ensuring the accuracy of daily expenditures and daily Profit and Loss Statement.
∎ Preparing monthly Profit and Loss Account.
∎ Ensuring the accuracy of daily Profit and Loss Statement.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Analytical skills
∎ Knowledge on costing
∎ Knowledge on internal controls and procedure
∎ Communication Skills
∎ Knowledge on Microsoft Office is essential
∎ Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage
