Job Context:
∎ Joining Date: June`2022
∎ Work Station: Begumganj,Noakhali
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation of monthly and yearly financial account.
∎ Preparation of all Bank vouchers.
∎ Update transactions into Tally ERP9 software.
∎ Writing of Cheque and maintenance of Cheque issue register.
∎ Collect service fee and timely deposited to Bank.
∎ Preparation of petty Cash vouchers and maintenance of Petty Cash Book and Ledger.
∎ Prepare salary, benefit and honorarium sheet / register in consultation with Clinic Manager / Sr. M.O and submit it to Bank with necessary instructions.
∎ Remember travel expenses and perdiem bills to the project staff.
∎ Collect Bank Statement and reconcile Bank Statements as and when required.
∎ Assist to report writing on Monthly, half yearly and yearly.
∎ Maintain the staff movement registers and the work plans for all clinic staff.
∎ Maintain personal files and records of all staff employed in clinic.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ Must have knowledge on Tally.ERP9
∎ Experience with NGOs will be given preference.
∎ Should have skills in financial and Management report preparation Superior interpersonal abilities.
∎ Good skill in MS-Word, MS-Excel, E-mail correspondence.
