Educational Requirements:
∎ M.Com/MBA with Accounting specialization or equivalent from reputed university

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Take ownership of three roles: PS to MD, Finance officer for Aterna, and Building Accountant
∎ Regularly manage Managing Director’s investments with banks, and maintain liaise with leasing and financing organizations.
∎ Assisting Head of Finance in his daily activities like daily expenditure noting down, payable sheet maintaining, A to Z all accounts related issues.
∎ Scrutinizing Accounts and Finance related issues considering IAS, IFRS, BFRS, Companies Act 1994, ITO, VAT act and other related rules and regulations.
∎ Responsible for preparation of weekly, monthly, yearly financial Statements i.e., Balance sheet, P & L, Cash flow statements etc.
∎ Follow up with accounts receivable (bills with customers), payable etc.
∎ Responsible for ensuring reconciling all bank accounts and cash book on daily, weekly and monthly basis.
∎ Supervise and monitoring the day-to-day activities of team members
∎ Verify the payment with bills and analyze the nature of the expense
∎ Prepare various official letters in English to the Bank for LC and other Banking purpose.
∎ Preparing and Posting all kind of vouchers, Journal, Journal adjustment, general ledger different registers related to finance & accounts are maintained up to date
∎ Prepare all kinds of vouchers and posting to accounting book, ledger maintenance, ensure posting on tally software.
∎ VAT & TAX related work: Calculation & deduct VAT & Tax., Record & Register maintain of VAT.
∎ Preparation and submission of monthly VAT return.
∎ Maintains all office files and record and keeps update for project office
∎ Willing to work in any emergency situation and perform any other tasks that may be assigned by the upper management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Proficiency in MS Office Package, especially MS Excel and Access.
∎ Must have excellent organization skills and be able to cope with pressure in a dynamic environment
∎ Good inter-personal & communication skills
∎ Females are encouraged to apply
