Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensuring and working according to the laid down academic policies and provisions of the school.
∎ Promoting, supporting and monitoring implementation of new policies.
∎ Conducting and assisting external reviews in main campus and other campuses to look into the quality of learning and teaching as well as the educational leadership, by reviewing relevant documentation, class observations, interviewing staff, learners and parents.
∎ Assisting for the preparation, reviewing and handing out question papers/templates to the exam unit.
∎ Providing detailed report which highlights the school's strengths and indicating areas which need improvement
∎ Assisting in the preparation of training program planning and conducting.
∎ Gathering, analyzing, researching and evaluating data and using it to plan and manage services, and systems.
∎ Evaluating and ensuring the quality and standards of educational leadership.
∎ Supporting school internal reviews and School Development Planning and be able to provide effective feedback to facilitate academic improvement.
∎ Contributing towards the organization and provision of professional development
∎ Networking with international inspectorates, organizing and participating in in-house, external and international conferences/workshops/meetings related to Quality Assurance
∎ Responsible for any other duties directed by the Principal, or the CEO.
