∎ Clear Concept & Strong Knowledge of Bangladeshi Education Admission System.
∎ 1-2 years of experience as an Academic Counsellor
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Upon your joining, you will go through an intensive training program where you will be taught counseling skills, and internal technical systems
∎ You would then be assigned to teams, with a buddy to help you get answers to your routine, day-to-day questions
∎ Once settled, you would be expected to counsel students on the phone on the basis of the knowledge and training imparted to you at the time of onboarding.
∎ The counseling will lead to forms filling for admission, and ultimately to admission in our partner institutions as per your assigned targets.
∎ You will also have direct access to the institutions as and when required and help in the admission conversion process.
∎ You would be expected to maintain daily MIS/CRM on the calls attended and walk in's attended (if any).
∎ Inherent ability to have engaging conversations
∎ Excellent listening skills
∎ Excellent communications skills and interpersonal skills
∎ Self-starter and ability to execute high-velocity closures
∎ Ability to work in low supervision but high ownership environment
∎ Genuine interest in helping people succeed
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Should have Strong Knowledge of the Public Education Admission system in Bangladesh is a must.
∎ Should have Strong Knowledge of the Private Education Admission system in Bangladesh is a must.
∎ Should have Strong Knowledge of the Training Admission system in Bangladesh is a must.
∎ Clear Concept and experience knowledge of Public universities.
∎ Clear Concept and experience knowledge of Private universities.
∎ Clear Concept and experience knowledge on Public & Private Diploma, Polytechnic Institutions
∎ Clear knowledge of Public & Private Medical, Dental, Nursing, and IHT/MATS education systems.
∎ Clear knowledge of Public & Private Law college education institutions system.
∎ Clear knowledge of Kindergarten, and the English medium education system.
∎ Clear Concept and hands-on idea on Public, Private Jobs Market in Bangladesh.
∎ Should have knowledge of the Admission Application Process.
∎ Any Jobs/Education/Consultation working experiences and skills are bonus
∎ Any jobs/Training sites ex-employees are encouraged to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)
