Job Context:
∎ Clear Concept & Strong Knowledge of Bangladeshi Education Admission System.
∎ 1-2 years of experience in Customer care.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate should be able to speak comfortably over the phone with customers and clients every day and share information.
∎ Receive customers' and clients' incoming calls and give them support.
∎ Candidates have to make outbound calls to our products or services.
∎ Attending clients' needs, concerns, and complaints and making sure that they are appropriately pursued as per organization rules and regulations.
∎ You are to get involved with a dynamic Customer Support Unit and deal with the customers.
∎ Attend and make large amounts of Incoming/Outgoing calls with clients in a timely manner.
∎ Conducting the calls by following "scripts" when handling different topics.
∎ Identify clients' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives.
∎ Keep records of all conversations in a comprehensible way.
∎ Meet personal / team qualitative and quantitative targets.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 18 to 30 years

Salary: Tk. 12000 - 15000 (Monthly)
