Responsibilities & Context:
চাকরির দায়িত্বসমূহ:
একাডেমিক কার্যক্রম পরিকল্পনা করা এবং শিক্ষকদের ক্লাস ও সিলেবাস মনিটরিং করা।
শিক্ষার্থীদের পড়াশোনার অগ্রগতি নিশ্চিত করা এবং নিয়মিত অভিভাবকদের সাথে যোগাযোগ রাখা।
আবাসিক শিক্ষার্থীদের পড়াশোনা ও শৃঙ্খলার বিষয়টি কঠোরভাবে তদারকি করা ।
শিক্ষক এবং অন্যান্য স্টাফদের মধ্যে সমন্বয় সাধন করা।
প্রতিষ্ঠানের নিয়মাবলী অনুযায়ী হোস্টেল ও একাডেমিক পরিবেশ বজায় রাখা।
