∎ We are looking for a responsible and experienced Academic Coordinator to join our team.
∎ Working hours: Saturday to Thursday (11am to 7pm)
∎ Location: Lalmatia.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Make class routine
∎ Communicate with teachers and parents
∎ Manage overall class rules and regulations
∎ Class coordination
∎ Handle technical issues in the office
∎ Check lesson plan
∎ Coordinate Mock, CT, Half yearly and Final Exams
∎ Teacher and student evaluation
∎ Regular class monitoring and material checking
∎ Handle O level and A level registration
∎ Organize parents-teachers meetings
Additional Requirements:
∎ English medium background preferred
∎ Experience working in a school or other academic institutions in coordinator role will be prioritized
∎ Must be well versed in English
∎ Good communication skill
∎ Punctual, honest and responsible
∎ Must be able to work full-time in Lalmatia
Salary: Negotiable
