Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Performing routine maintenance tasks like cleaning coils, lubricating parts, and checking for leaks.
∎ Recharging refrigerant levels and ensuring the refrigerant cycle is functioning correctly.
∎ Testing and calibrating HVAC systems to ensure proper operation.
∎ Diagnosing and troubleshooting system malfunctions.
∎ Replacing or repairing defective parts.
∎ Performing emergency repairs when necessary.
∎ Providing customers with clear and concise explanations of repairs and costs.
∎ Communicating effectively with customers about system issues and recommended solutions.
∎ Explaining maintenance procedures and educating clients on proper system operation.
∎ Providing excellent customer service and building strong customer relationships.
∎ Keeping accurate records of work performed, including service dates, parts used, and completed tasks.
∎ Participating in technical training and staying up to date on industry advancements.
∎ Adhering to safety procedures and regulations.
∎ Assisting with sales and marketing by researching and recommending equipment, materials, and method
