Additional Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
Install, service, and repair residential and commercial air conditioners (Split, Window, Inverter, etc.)
Lead and supervise a small assistant team during installation and repair work.
Diagnose AC faults and ensure proper, safe solutions.
Ensure quality workmanship and customer satisfaction
Coordinate with management regarding job completion and earnings.
Maintain tools, safety standards, and work discipline on-site.
