∎ Age 25 to 35 years
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Any Type of AC used in office, home & Factory must have completed skills of indoor- Outdoor installation and repair maintenance work.
∎ Must have experience working with rope hanging during outdoor installation.
∎ Conduct Maintenance Check for Air Con (VRF, Chiller, Combined Chiller, AHU, Dehumidifier & domestic AC.
∎ Maintaining air condition system of the organization & Residence.
∎ Performs repairs for the heating, ventilation, air-conditioning and refrigeration systems in the hotel facilities & performs all the duties of an AC Technician.
∎ Responsible for maintaining records of work done records.
∎ Knowledgeable in sheet metal, AC duct fabrication and assembly.
∎ Coordinates with service representative and others as necessary to accomplish installations or repairs.
∎ Test, troubleshoot and perform basic repair on all types of equipment when required.
∎ Perform preventive maintenance for all HVAC units and refrigerators.
∎ Communicate each day's activities and problems that occur to the reporting person.
∎ Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.
