Car Solution Workshop (Established in 2018) is a trusted automobile service and repair center located in Mirpur, Dhaka. We are looking for a skilled and experienced AC & Electrician Head Technician who will lead our AC and auto electrical service team.
The candidate must have strong practical knowledge in automotive AC systems, electrical diagnostics, and team supervision. This position requires leadership ability, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to customers.
Job Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair automotive AC systems (Hybrid & Non-Hybrid vehicles).
Perform AC gas refill, leakage detection, compressor servicing, and cooling performance testing.
Troubleshoot and repair vehicle electrical systems including wiring, battery, alternator, starter, sensors, and ECU-related issues.
Operate diagnostic scanners to identify electrical and electronic faults.
Lead and supervise AC & electrical technicians and helpers.
Ensure proper installation and maintenance of electrical components and accessories.
Maintain service quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction.
Follow safety procedures and workshop policies during all operations.
