Responsibilities & Context:
- Supervise all guard posts in the zone and ensure proper manning and discipline.
- Conduct regular site visits and address client requests/complaints promptly.
- Monitor guard attendance, rostering, and ensure weekly duty slips are issued.
- Coordinate with Sub-Zone In-Charges (SZICs) and report operational issues to the Head of Ops/others official.
- Support recruitment by identifying manpower gaps and supervising new guards.
- Respond to emergencies and incidents and ensure timely reporting.
- Maintain active communication devices and start field duties punctually.
