∎ Ability to work from the office full-time

∎ 🔷Key Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Optimize YouTube videos (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails) for higher visibility and ranking
∎ 2. Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis for video content
∎ 3. Monitor YouTube Analytics to measure performance and suggest improvements.
∎ 4. Develop and implement strategies for channel growth, subscriber increase, and higher watch time
∎ 5. Collaborate with video editors and content creators to ensure SEO best practices6. Stay up-to-date with YouTube algorithm updates and trends.
