Key Responsibilities

• Operations & Efficiency: Coordinate workflow, assign tasks, and manage daily operations to meet production deadlines.

• Safety & Compliance: Enforce occupational health and safety (OH&S) standards to ensure a clean and safe environment.

• Staff Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor staff, providing technical guidance when necessary.

• Maintenance & Inventory: Oversee the maintenance of tools and equipment and manage inventory levels.

• Quality Control: Conduct quality control checks to ensure all completed work meets standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Experience: Proven experience in a supervisory role within a workshop or manufacturing setting.

• Technical Knowledge: Strong technical knowledge of workshop processes, tools, and equipment.

• Leadership: Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.

• Organization: Excellent scheduling and logistical planning abilities
