Educational Requirements:
∎ At least Graduation in any discipline
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assisting with project implementation: You may be involved in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects and programs carried out by the NGO. This can include activities such as organizing events, conducting field visits, and supporting project teams.
∎ Administrative tasks: As a trainee, you may also be assigned various administrative duties such as organizing files, maintaining databases, preparing reports, and managing correspondence. These tasks help ensure smooth operations within the organization.
∎ Community engagement and outreach: Engaging with the local community is a vital aspect of many NGO initiatives. You may participate in community outreach programs, awareness campaigns, or educational workshops aimed at promoting the organization's mission and creating positive social impact.
∎ Monitoring and evaluation: Monitoring and evaluating the impact of NGO projects is crucial for assessing their effectiveness. You might be involved in collecting and analyzing data, preparing progress reports, and contributing to the overall monitoring and evaluation process.
∎ Collaboration and teamwork: NGO work often requires collaboration with colleagues, partner organizations, and community members. You may be expected to work closely with team members, participate in meetings, and contribute ideas and insights to promote effective teamwork.
∎ Capacity building and training: NGOs often prioritize capacity building among their staff and target communities. As a trainee, you may have opportunities to attend training sessions, workshops, or skill-building programs to enhance your knowledge and abilities.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Strong commitment to work with the extreme poor in the most vulnerable localities.
∎ S/he should have been able to communicate in English.
∎ Competency of Microsoft Office, Internet browsing and of project management tools;
∎ Good networking and coordinating abilities.
∎ Willing to drive Motorcycle & valid motorcycling licenses will be added as extra value.
Salary:
∎ Tk. 15000 (Monthly)
∎ After successful completion of 01 year probation period, ESDO`s own salary matrix will be entitled
Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Festival Bonus 2(Yearly) & Boishakhi allowance, Provident Fund, Gratuity & others benefit as per organizational policy
