Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Job Responsibilities
∎ - Build full websites and landing pages using WordPress + Elementor
∎ - Customize themes and templates to match brand needs
∎ - Maintain and update existing sites (pages, images, plugins, etc.)
∎ - Optimize websites for speed, responsiveness, and SEO basics
∎ - Troubleshoot and fix layout bugs, plugin conflicts, or update issues
∎ - Collaborate with design and marketing teams to deliver project goals
∎ - Work on-site and be responsive during office hours
∎ Office — Uttara Sector 9, Road 10, House 12, Dhaka
∎ Educational Requirements
∎ No formal education required — skills and experience are what matter.
∎ Experience Requirements
∎ - Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience with WordPress and Elementor
∎ - Proven experience building mobile-friendly websites
∎ - Knowledge of WordPress plugins, site backups, and security
∎ Additional Requirements
∎ - Strong attention to detail and design alignment
∎ - Ability to follow instructions and meet deadlines
∎ - Clear communication in Bangla & English
