∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Business Development, Online and Offline Marketing, SEO and Digital Marketing, Web Developer/ Web Designer

Job Responsibilities:
∎ *Design and develop attractive, user-friendly, and responsive websites using WordPress, and other relevant technologies. Design and develop dynamic and scalable web applications using Laravel framework.
∎ *Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for websites and web applications.
∎ *Integrate various multimedia elements into the website design, including videos, images, and animations.
∎ *Ensure that the website is optimized for search engines, accessibility, and load times.
∎ *Write clean, well-documented, and efficient code.
∎ *Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, UX designers, and developers, to ensure that the website meets business requirements
∎ *Troubleshoot and debug website issues as needed.
∎ *You will be responsible for choosing the best advertising channels, creating short- and long-term marketing plans, collaborating with the rest of the Marketing team to discover the best strategy implementation methods, tracking the success of our marketing campaigns, and reporting to the Director of Marketing.
∎ *Create or assign someone to create supporting documentation for strategy implementation.
∎ *Develop a success-tracking system
∎ Analyze reports from lower-level Managers and present them to the Director of Marketing. *Develop & Execute Digital Marketing Strategies including Facebook,
∎ Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter Posting, Boosting, SEO/SEM/PPC,
∎ Social Media and Web advert,
∎ Prepare reports on campaigns based on analytics.
∎ *Any other related task assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Tk. 20000 - 30000 (Monthly)

Compensation & Other Benefits:
∎ Performance bonus, Profit share, Over time allowance
∎ Salary Review: Half Yearly
