Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation/ Diploma from any Discipline with proven Freelancing Record (Minimum 100 jobs successfully completion experience on related service in international Outsourcing marketplace)

Job Context:

∎ We are looking for a Very smart, well-groomed, confident, energetic & well experienced Web Design & Development Mentor

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop and update the curriculum for the web development training program.
∎ Conduct training sessions on web development technologies, languages, and frameworks.
∎ Instruct participants on front-end and back-end web development concepts and best practices.
∎ Experience of over 2 years in local /remote jobs and in the freelancing marketplace
∎ Teach coding languages such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP
∎ Keep abreast of the latest web development trends, technologies, and industry practices.
∎ Provide hands-on coding exercises and projects to reinforce learning and practical skills.
∎ Evaluate and assess participants' progress and performance throughout the training program.
∎ Assist learners in building real-world projects and portfolios to showcase their skills.
∎ Address queries and provide support to participants outside of formal training sessions.
∎ Maintain a well-organized and engaging learning environment during training sessions.
∎ Create additional resources like coding examples, documentation, and video tutorials.
∎ Collaborate with other trainers and team members to enhance the overall training program.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The trainer should have at least 2 (Two) years of experience in conducting Outsourcing training in local market.
