We are hiring a Junior Counselor (Study Abroad)

Responsibilities & Context

We are looking for a Counselor for the following countries: Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the UK, China, Malaysia, Cyprus, Malta, and Europe.

Responsibilities:

* Handling phone calls ( per day 60-70), answering queries of all the students, updating the database of the contact details, performing in terms of follow-up actions for the phone enquiries, etc, to ensure conversions and keeping records of the universities details and students details.

* Attending different campus for lead collection.

* Updating the comments of the follow-up done with students in the Excel spreadsheet.

* Following up with counselled students regularly and ensuring that they are taking admission

* Sharing the complete details of respective students with the team in the desired format.

* Checking application status & follow-ups with management for offer letters and follow-up with the students for payment of tuition fee deposits.

Working Hours:

Sunday to Saturday, excluding Friday

11: 30 AM – 7: 30 PM

Location: Uttara & West Rampura

Qualification:

* minimum graduate or a student in their last semester of post-graduation

* Candidates worked in a study abroad Counciling centre will get preference

* Students from NSU, BRAC, EWU, UIU, Daffodil, and ULAB will be given preference

* Basic expertise in MS Word and MS Excel will be an advantage

Salary:

BDT 10000 - 12,000 per month, along with commission for the successful admission of each student dealt with by you.
