1. Assist the lead teacher in planning and delivering classroom lessons.

2. Support students in their academic, social, and emotional development.

3. Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive learning environment.

4. Prepare teaching materials, worksheets, and classroom displays.

5. Monitor student attendance and maintain academic records.

6. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.

7. Help supervise students during recess, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.

8. Support students with individual learning needs.

9. Communicate with parents regarding students' progress and behavior when required.

10. Ensure the safety and well-being of students at all times.

11. Assist in organizing school events, examinations, and co-curricular activities.

12. Collaborate with teachers and school staff to achieve educational goals.

13. Follow school policies, procedures, and safeguarding guidelines.

14. Perform administrative tasks related to classroom management
