Junior Section Teacher (English Medium )
Position Overview:
Dhaka International School of Excellence (DISE) is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and qualified Junior Section Teacher to join its academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching to primary/junior-level students in an engaging and supportive learning environment. The teacher will focus on developing students’ proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening while fostering critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and deliver effective lesson plans aligned with the English Medium curriculum and school standards.
Create a positive, interactive, and student-centered classroom environment that encourages active participation.
Assess students’ academic progress through classwork, assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations.
Provide constructive feedback and additional support to students who require academic assistance.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic performance, and student behavior.
Encourage students to develop confidence in communication and critical thinking skills.
Utilize modern teaching methods, educational technology, and creative classroom activities to enhance learning outcomes.
Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ academic progress and overall development.
Participate actively in school events, assemblies, cultural programs, co-curricular activities, and professional development initiatives.
Ensure effective classroom management and maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
Submit lesson plans, assessment reports, and other academic documents within stipulated deadlines.
Contribute to the overall academic excellence and positive learning culture of the institution.
