Junior Section Teacher (English Medium )

Position Overview:
Dhaka International School of Excellence (DISE) is seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and qualified Junior Section Teacher to join its academic team. The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching to primary/junior-level students in an engaging and supportive learning environment. The teacher will focus on developing students’ proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening while fostering critical thinking, creativity, and a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and deliver effective lesson plans aligned with the English Medium curriculum and school standards.

• Create a positive, interactive, and student-centered classroom environment that encourages active participation.

• Assess students’ academic progress through classwork, assignments, projects, quizzes, and examinations.

• Provide constructive feedback and additional support to students who require academic assistance.

• Maintain accurate records of attendance, academic performance, and student behavior.

• Encourage students to develop confidence in communication and critical thinking skills.

• Utilize modern teaching methods, educational technology, and creative classroom activities to enhance learning outcomes.

• Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students’ academic progress and overall development.

• Participate actively in school events, assemblies, cultural programs, co-curricular activities, and professional development initiatives.

• Ensure effective classroom management and maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.

• Submit lesson plans, assessment reports, and other academic documents within stipulated deadlines.

• Contribute to the overall academic excellence and positive learning culture of the institution.
