• Age At least 26 years

• Deliver Japanese language instruction following the Irodori (Marugoto: Japanese Language and Culture) textbook series for N5 and N4 levels

• Prepare students specifically for the Japan Foundation Test for Basic Japanese (JFT-Basic) at A2 level

• Collaborate with partner training centers in Tokyo, Myanmar and Indonesia to share best practices and teaching methodologies

• Develop lesson plans that integrate the four skills (listening, speaking, reading, writing) using the Irodori communicative approach

• Create and administer regular assessments to track student progress toward JFT-Basic readiness

• Maintain detailed student records and provide progress reports

• Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and paces

• Conduct mock JFT-Basic examinations and provide targeted feedback

• Participate in training sessions and professional development programs with regional partners

• Stay current with JFT-Basic exam format changes and content updates
