Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ The Applicant should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's degree preferred) from any reputed public or private university (preferably in Civil/Environmental Engineering, URP).
∎ Skills Required: Wash Related practical and technical competence
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Development Agency, Govt./ Semi Govt./ Autonomous body, NGO
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Collaborating with WASH experts from different Government Agencies and Foreign Experts in defining the intervention and activities required for streamlining WASH activities
∎ Acting as the focal person for WASH related projects in the organizations. Plan and manage Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH) activities at the project/field level, including financial and human resources, in collaboration with other organizations of related sectors.
∎ Supporting the company in carrying out selection, design, and construction of appropriate water and sanitation systems including: Water treatment, fecal sludge management (FSM), solid waste management, construction of WASH facilities etc.
∎ Collaborating with the Software Development division of the company in building WASH related solutions and dashboard.
∎ Understanding SDG goals relevant to WASH sector and redefining indicators like JMP, CWIS etc in Bangladesh’s context
∎ Visiting project ites and partner agencies as required to ensure timely and qualitative implementation
∎ Integrating public health concepts into water, sanitation and hygiene activities and ensuring close collaboration with health and other sectors, including hygiene promotion and community mobilization.
∎ Ensuring that the project engages local stakeholders and develops local capacity for longer-term sustainability.
∎ Contributing to preparing plans, proposals and budgets for new projects.
∎ Other duties as assigned by the Company.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Technical and practical competence in WASH including experience in SW and FS management, hygiene promotion programs and related activities.
∎ Excellent knowledge and use of the internet, Microsoft offices products and other skills
∎ Excellent knowledge of WASH project management with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in NGOs/Development Sector/Government Agencies.
∎ Excellent written and oral English language skills
∎ Excellent communication cooperation and interpersonal skills
