Dream Snow Bangladesh

Dream Snow Bangladesh is looking for a responsible, experienced, and detail-oriented Warehouse In-Charge to manage warehouse operations, inventory control, and stock distribution to our outlets.

📌 Position Details

• Position: Warehouse In-Charge

• Department: Warehouse & Supply Chain

• Workplace: Central Warehouse, Dream Snow Bangladesh

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Salary: Negotiable (Based on experience and qualifications)

🎓 Educational Qualification

• Minimum HSC; Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Candidates with qualifications in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field will receive preference.

💼 Experience

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse, store, or inventory management.

• Experience in the food, restaurant, FMCG, or distribution industry is preferred.

• Experience managing inventory for multiple outlets will be an advantage.

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily warehouse receiving, storage, stock issuance, and dispatch operations.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and stock reports.

• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, damaged goods, and wastage.

• Apply FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expired, First Out) methods.

• Coordinate stock distribution and timely deliveries to Dream Snow outlets.

• Verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery documents.

• Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile discrepancies.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, food safety, security, and proper storage conditions.

• Coordinate with Procurement, Accounts, Operations, and outlet management.

• Supervise warehouse staff and ensure proper documentation of all stock movements.

• Good knowledge of inventory and warehouse management.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and stock management systems.

• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Honesty, accountability, and attention to detail.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet operational deadlines.
