Experience Requirements

• Proven experience in outlet expansion, site selection, real estate, property acquisition, business development, or a similar field.
• Experience identifying commercial rental properties and negotiating with landlords will be preferred.
• Experience in restaurant chains, retail businesses, cafés, or food-service outlet expansion will be an advantage.

Mandatory Requirements

• Must own or have regular access to a motorcycle.
• Must hold a valid motorcycle driving licence.
• Willingness to travel frequently for field visits across assigned areas.
• Strong knowledge of commercial areas and local property markets.
• Ability to use Google Maps, smartphones, and basic Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and reporting skills.

Motorcycle: Must own or have regular access to a motorcycle and hold a valid motorcycle driving licence.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify and recommend suitable locations for new Dream Snow Bangladesh outlets.

• Conduct field visits to assess commercial areas, shopping zones, busy roads, residential neighborhoods, and other potential markets.

• Evaluate locations based on customer traffic, visibility, accessibility, competition, nearby businesses, and commercial potential.

• Identify suitable commercial spaces and collect information regarding rent, advance payments, lease terms, floor space, and utility facilities.

• Communicate and negotiate with property owners, landlords, brokers, and real estate representatives.

• Conduct preliminary feasibility assessments and recommend locations based on business objectives and budget.

• Collect photographs, videos, measurements, location details, and other relevant information for management review.

• Prepare location assessment reports, comparison sheets, and recommendations for management approval.

• Use Google Maps and other relevant tools to identify, document, and track prospective outlet locations.

• Coordinate with the Operations, Finance, Engineering, and Interior Design teams to evaluate site suitability.

• Support lease documentation, site inspections, and other outlet expansion activities as assigned.

• Maintain an updated database of prospective locations, landlords, property contacts, rental details, and negotiation status.

• Travel regularly to assigned locations to identify opportunities and follow up on prospective properties.

• Provide regular reports to management regarding field activities, site visits, market opportunities, and expansion progress.

Educational Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Real Estate, or a related discipline is preferred.

• Candidates with relevant professional experience and strong fieldwork skills may also be considered.
