Responsibilities & Context:
Maintain daily financial transactions, cash book, bank book, project-wise client ledger, and general ledger. - Prepare debit/credit vouchers, journal entries, supplier/vendor bills, and petty cash reconciliation. - Manage money receipts (MR), client installment records, and payment tracking for land/apartment projects. - Perform monthly bank reconciliation statements, cheque clearing, and bank coordination. - Assist management with monthly financial reporting, site expense auditing, and tax/VAT filing.
