Responsibilities & Context:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor.

• Escort guests to their tables, providing menus and informing them about daily specials.

• Assist guests with menu selections and provide recommendations.

• Record food and beverage orders accurately, considering any special requests or dietary restrictions.

• Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or requests in a timely manner.

• Ensure tables are set up according to the restaurant`s standards.

• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues to maintain a smooth work flow

• Promote special menu items and beverages

• Maintain a polished appearance and adhere to the restaurant’s uniform standards

• Follow all restaurant policies, including health and safety guidelines

• Perform assigned additional tasks given by the Restaurant Manager
