Responsibilities & Context:

• We are looking for Energetic, well-mannered, creative, and ambitious candidates to join our team and support the day-to-day activities of the Sales and Reservation Department.

• Airline Ticketing & reservation (Domestic, International),

• Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Galileo, saber & Amadeus), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations, and modifications of reservations.

• Relationship Maintain with Airlines & GDS personnel.

• Provide necessary support to Visa & Package tour Processing Sector.

• Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.

• Sorting out issues that may increase bookings or reservations. Increase sell-by informing customers of additional services or special packages.

• Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.

• Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.
