∎ HSC, Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA)
∎ Master's degree in any discipline will get priority.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Airline Ticketing & reservation (Domestic, International), Creating PNR, Issuing and Reissuing Tickets using GDS (Galileo, saber & Amadeus), Fare computation, Product knowledge, Customer Service, Processes cancellations, and modifications of reservations.
∎ Relationship Maintain with Airlines & GDS personnel.
∎ Provide necessary support to Visa & Package tour Processing Sector.
∎ Dealing with customer complaints and requests effectively and courteously, providing or seeking solutions as quickly as possible.
∎ Sorting out issues that may increase bookings or reservations.
∎ Increase sell-by informing customers of additional services or special packages.
∎ Manage corporate clients through emails and other ways of communication.
∎ Must remain updated on Airline/ Travel notices and circulars and update the reservation team, sales team, and others accordingly.
∎ Any duties assigned by the Management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 20 to 35 years
