Educational Requirements:
∎ Higher education degree preferred
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Handle all types of visa processing for clients, including documentation, application, and follow-up
∎ Keep up-to-date with visa regulations and requirements for different countries
∎ Communicate with clients and embassies via phone, email, and in-person
∎ Ensure that all visa applications are submitted accurately and in compliance with embassy regulations
∎ Manage visa rejections and appeals, and provide alternative options to clients
∎ Liaise with relevant authorities, such as manpower agencies, to obtain necessary documents and information for visa processing
∎ Prepare and send invoices and receipts to clients
∎ Keep accurate and detailed records of all transactions
∎ Perform administrative tasks related to visa processing
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 22 years
∎ Strong communication skills with English fluency
∎ Familiarity with visa processing procedures for various countries
∎ Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
∎ Previous experience in visa processing is a plus
∎ Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team
