Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Counseling clients regarding all types of tourist & business visa.
∎ Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms, and maintain files and records.
∎ Advise clients on visa requirements and assist with visa applications.
∎ Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote visas. Handle clients for their visa processing.
∎ Prepare and process their application Deliver and consult with clients about their visa files.
∎ Consult over the phone and face to face with clients
∎ Briefly discuss with the clients about visa criteria
