∎ Experience in dealing with embassies, consulates, or VFS centers will be preferred

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist clients with tour visa and student visa applications for various countries
∎ Provide accurate and updated visa information, documentation checklists, and embassy requirements
∎ Prepare, review, and submit visa applications on behalf of clients
∎ Communicate with embassies, VFS centers, and other related authorities
∎ Maintain and update client files and visa records
∎ Follow up with clients regularly to ensure smooth processing
∎ Handle client inquiries via phone, email, or in person professionally
∎ Stay updated on changes in visa rules, embassy policies, and country-specific guidelines
∎ Prepare supporting documents such as invitation letters, cover letters, etc. when needed
∎ Assist in marketing or promotional activities related to visa services if required
∎ Assist clients with tour visa and student visa applications for various countries
