Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To consult with the students and guardians about the admission procedure of foreign universities.
∎ Creating and Managing Customers, Maintaining visitors' Database and follow-up.
∎ High Customer Service mind & proactive sales/cross-sales & follow-up to convert from a potential lead source to meet the final sales target.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customers over the phone and face to face.
∎ Maintain strict confidentiality about customer information, as required. Prepare necessary documents, fill out forms and maintain files and records.
∎ Must have excellent communication capability in English (Both Speaking and Writing)
∎ Flexibility to work in overlapping hours with USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia. And Europe.
∎ Client generating capabilities. Capable to Evaluate student’s academic qualifications as per USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, and Europe Requirements.
∎ The candidate must have extensive knowledge regarding the student visa process, writing a Statement of purpose (SOP) and the admission procedure of different universities.
∎ Capable of processing university applications and Visa applications.
∎ Have a fair knowledge of digital marketing tools and Microsoft Office to carry out responsibilities effectively.
∎ Being the right mentor to students and parents in enrollment decision-making for studying Abroad.
∎ Completing a file from counseling to visa processing.
