∎ • Demonstrated track record of success in visa consultation or related field
∎ • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills
∎ • Effective communication skills for interacting with clients, colleagues, and government officials
∎ • Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines while ensuring quality work • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills
∎ • Fluent in English with excellent writing and speaking skills
∎ • Knowledge of second language(s) is a plus.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ We are currently seeking a full-time Visa Consultant for our Mirpur DOHS office in Dhaka. As a Visa Consultant at Sunwings Tours & Travels, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the visa application process, ensuring all necessary documentation is in order, and submitting completed applications to embassies or consulates. In addition, you will be expected to provide updates on visa requirements and regulations in various countries, and identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the application process. This is an on-site role based in Dhaka.
