Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure all application forms are correctly filled out and fees are paid as required.
∎ Maintain accurate records of all visa applications, decisions, and correspondence.
∎ Ensure the security and confidentiality of sensitive applicant information.
∎ Stay updated on visa policies, immigration laws, and regulations for the specified countries.
∎ Provide information and guidance to visa applicants regarding the visa application process, requirements, and timelines. Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person appointments.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years
∎ Highly proficient in English - speaking and business writing.
∎ Highly motivated, ambitious, and driven sales professional to work independently as well as collaborating with internal teams to position online courses to prospects.
