Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide comprehensive administrative support to our legal team.
∎ Manage and organize legal documents and correspondence with precision.
∎ Schedule appointments, meetings, and manage calendars.
∎ Handle confidential information with discretion.
∎ Prepare legal documents, including briefs, pleadings, discovery, under the guidance of a lawyer.
∎ Efficiently communicate with clients, lawyers, and other professionals.
∎ Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring information is organized and easily accessible.
∎ Requirements:
∎ Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.
∎ Strong organizational skills with an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
∎ Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other legal management software.
∎ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
∎ Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality work.
∎ Capacity to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Comfortable working in a night shift to align with American business hours.
