Position Overview

This is a remote, entry-level position open to candidates based in Bangladesh. No prior US legal experience is required — we will provide comprehensive training on US employment law, legal drafting, and our firm's systems and processes. This role is ideal for someone who wants to build expertise in US employment litigation.

Schedule

This position requires working US Pacific Time business hours (approximately 9 AM – 6 PM PT), which corresponds to evening/night hours in Bangladesh. Candidates must be available and willing to work this schedule.

Responsibilities

• Draft legal documents including complaints, discovery requests and responses, and correspondence

• Conduct legal research on employment law issues

• Maintain case calendars and track deadlines

• Communicate with clients via email and phone as needed

• Assist attorneys with case preparation and file organization

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; LLB degree and enrollment with the Bangladesh Bar Council preferred;

• Excellent written and spoken English skills (this role involves substantial drafting and regular client communication);

• Excellent attention to detail;

• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace;

• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
