📢 JOB OPPORTUNITY: Etsy Store Manager (In-Office)
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Etsy Store Manager to join our team at TocoLabs. If you have a passion for e-commerce, product listing optimization, and customer engagement, this is the perfect role for you!
📍 Location
Flat 10B, House 30/32, Road 10, Uttara Sector 15/B (Conveniently located right beside Uttara Center Metro Station)
🕒 Working Hours
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
✅ Key Responsibilities
Store Operations: Daily management of the Etsy shop, ensuring all listings are accurate and up-to-date.
Listing & SEO: Creating high-converting product titles, tags, and descriptions to improve search rankings.
Customer Support: Responding to inquiries promptly and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Order Management: Tracking orders and coordinating with the team to ensure timely fulfillment.
Market Research: Monitoring trends and competitor activity to optimize store performance.
🎯 Requirements
Familiarity with the Etsy platform and e-commerce best practices.
Basic understanding of Etsy SEO and keyword research.
Strong communication skills in English (written).
Ability to work the 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM at our Uttara office.
Highly organized with great attention to detail.
💰 Compensation & Terms
Salary: 5,000 – 10,000 BDT (Based on experience and skills).
Probation: 3-month Paid initial internship period.
Environment: Work in a prime location with excellent metro connectivity.
