Job Description: We are looking for a versatile and skilled Digital Marketing & Web Specialist to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between marketing strategy and technical execution, managing both our online growth and our web infrastructure. You will be responsible for building, maintaining, and optimizing our WordPress platforms while driving traffic and conversions through data-driven digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Digital Marketing: Plan and execute end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across various channels.

Manage and grow social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Run and optimize high-performance paid ads (Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads).

Develop lead generation strategies and customer acquisition funnels.

Monitor analytics, track conversion, and prepare regular performance reports.

2. Web Development & Management: Manage and maintain WordPress websites (updates, plugins, and troubleshooting).

Optimize website landing pages for marketing campaigns and user experience (UX).

Implement on-page SEO strategies and perform keyword research to improve organic rankings.

Ensure website security, speed optimization, and mobile responsiveness.

Required Skills & Experience: Minimum 2 years of proven experience in both Digital Marketing and WordPress management.

Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.

Proficiency in WordPress (Elementor or other builders) and basic technical SEO.

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and content strategy.

Experience with design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite for quick marketing assets.

Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Email Marketing (Mailchimp or similar).

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

Ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced studio environment.
