Requirements in Detail
Master’s degree in English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, or a related discipline with at least a higher 2nd Class/Division or GPA/CGPA of 3.00 and above at all academic levels.
A Bachelor of Education (B.Ed) / Master of Education (M.Ed) is mandatory; specialization in Educational Leadership, Curriculum & Instruction, or School Administration is preferred.
Candidates with foreign degrees in Education or English-medium education systems will be given priority.
Professional certifications in school leadership, pedagogy, or curriculum design (e.g. Cambridge/IB training) will be considered an advantage.
Additional Requirements:
Must be a practicing Muslim with moral and ethical values.
Excellent communication skills in English (Written & Spoken)
IELTS/TOEFL with a competitive score will be considered an advantage.
Strong leadership, classroom supervision, and English-medium education management ability.
High level of computer literacy and office management ability.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 7 years’ experience in teaching and academic administration in English-medium schools.
At least 5 years in a leadership role (e.g., Head of Department, Coordinator, or Assistant Principal).
Prior experience in Cambridge International / IB Curriculum or cadet colleges is highly desirable.
Proven track record of curriculum development, teacher management, and student performance improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic academic leadership and support the principal in managing school operations.
Design, implement, and evaluate curriculum aligned with Cambridge/IB standards.
Supervise, evaluate, and mentor teachers to ensure effective instructional delivery.
Monitor student performance, introduce intervention programs, and prepare academic reports.
Ensure discipline, uphold school values, and maintain a positive learning environment.
Coordinate communication between teachers, students, parents, and school management.
Lead examinations, co-curricular, and extracurricular activities.
Conduct teacher training and professional development workshops.
Ensure compliance with school policies, Cambridge/IB regulations, and Ministry of Education guidelines.
Develop school improvement plans, manage academic audits, and introduce innovative teaching methods.
Oversee the admissions process and maintain accurate student records.
