• The applicants should have experience in the following business areas: School

• Minimum 3-5 years of teaching experience in Oxford Curriculum.

• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

• Strong classroom management skills.

• Familiarity with the Cambridge curriculum systems.

• Report to: Coordinator & Vice-Principal

• Develop and present well-structured, engaging lessons tailored to the abilities of all students, ensuring alignment with the Plan and deliver engaging lessons for the Junior Section Grades 1 to Grade 5 (Oxford Curriculum).
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to meet diverse learning needs.
• Regularly track and document student progress, adjusting teaching methods as necessary to meet diverse learning needs.
• Establish and maintain a positive, disciplined classroom environment that fosters respect and encourages active participation.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum.
• Participate in departmental meetings and professional development activities.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance.
