The age limit will be relaxed for experienced candidates.
CSS, a renowned national non-governmental organization in Bangladesh, has been serving the needs of underprivileged and marginalized communities since 1972. In response to the growing need for technical education, CSS established the Hope Polytechnic Institute in 2011. Currently, we are looking for a qualified Vice Principal to implement plan, supervise, coordinate, monitoring and evaluate the program activities of Hope Polytechnic Institute (HPI).
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in overall planning and budgeting of the program (HPI).
Execute, supervise, class monitoring, coordinate and evaluate all activities of the program.
Ensure office management services related to purchase and maintenance of furniture, maintenance of all sorts of documents as well as maintenance of building and its utilities.
Plan and organize different games and cultural events for the students and prepare necessary budget for the events.
Maintain correspondence in writing with the government officials when needed.
Monitor daily expenses and incomes as well as bank transactions.
Ensure educational supports and monitoring for students.
Supervise cleanliness of office and residential building as well as inside premises of HPI .
Maintain public relations and take necessary steps as needed.
Ensure an effective Management Information System (MIS) to monitor progress and make decision as well as to ensure reporting based on activities and progress of HPI program.
Ensure advertisement for the admission of HPI students.
Ensure satisfactory environment of the residential students.
Allocate responsibilities among the staffs as well as guide and monitor their activities.
Prepare reports including financial reports on Institute activities and progress as required and submit to the respective supervisor.
Any other work assigned by the supervisor and/or higher authority.
After being permanent upon successful completion of the probation period (six months), other benefits will be provided as per the organizational policy, i.e., provident fund, gratuity, festival bonus, yearly increment, staff insurance (kormi Bima), medical allowance (Kormi Sohayota Tohobil), etc.
