Responsibilities & Context:
The Career Counselor will guide students in their professional journeys, bridging the gap between academic life and the corporate world through skill development and placement support.
Key Responsibilities:
Guide students and alumni on resume writing, cover letters, LinkedIn profiling, and interview techniques.
Organize career fairs, campus recruitment drives, industry workshops, and alumni networking events.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, HR professionals, and recruitment agencies.
Manage the university’s internship placement programs.
Track graduate placement data and prepare placement reports.
