• Master's degree in Nursing related subject will get preference.

• At least 1 year
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Training Institutes

• Experience: At least one year teaching experience in any Nursing Institute or College

• Leadership and team management capacity.

• Ability to work under academic, administrative environmental under pressure.

• Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Ability to effectively use online teaching platforms such as Zoom and Google

• Meet, google class.

• Skilled in developing presentations & utilizing multimedia tools for teaching with students’ engagement.

Job location: 115/12, Distillery road, Gandaria, Dhaka 1204

Responsibilities:

• Conduct theoretical and practical/ lab classes for Nursing students.

• Monitor, guide and lead students' academic performance and discipline regularly.

• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.

• Prepare lesson plans, deliver classroom lectures and conduct skill lab session (in hospital/clinic setting) to monitor & evaluate student’s performance.

• Evaluate students' clinical competencies and provide feedback.

• Maintain students' academic and clinical records

• Conduct examinations, assessments, and result preparation.

• Participate in academic meetings training, and institutional activities.

• Ensure professional behavior and learning environment for self & students.

• Assist in curriculum implementation and academic development activities.

• perform any official responsibilities assigned by principal.
