Responsibilities & Context:
The BRAC Education Programme has expanded its reputed primary school network, BRAC Academy, and currently operates eight campuses across the country - Chattogram, Sylhet, Noakhali, Jashore, Dhaka, Bogura, and Cumilla, along with Rajshahi. We are now seeking a qualified Head Teacher for the Rajshahis campus to strengthen academic leadership and ensure quality education delivery.
We are seeking Head Teachers to provide academic leadership, and maintain high standards of teaching and learning.
Key responsibilities include:
Lead the academic and administrative functions of the school.
Supervise and support teachers to ensure high-quality classroom instruction.
Implement and monitor curriculum, lesson plans, and assessments.
Engage with parents, and the community to promote student development.
Organise co-curricular activities.
