Responsibilities & Context:
Handle incoming student leads from Facebook, website, and WhatsApp
Provide consultation on study abroad opportunities (UK, Canada, Australia, etc.)
Understand student profile (academic background, budget, IELTS, goals)
Guide students to suitable universities and programs
Conduct regular follow-ups to convert leads into clients
Maintain and update lead data in CRM / Google Sheets
Coordinate with management for application and processing steps
Achieve monthly sales/conversion targets
