Educational Requirements:
∎ Master's degree in any discipline / Equivalent Degree from any recognized university with B. Ed.
∎ 1st class or equivalent GPA in the SSC/Dakhil and HSC/Alim level are mandatory (For highly experienced candidates it is relaxed).
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To prepare course materials for the Primary School Students in compliance with the National Curriculum and Islamic Education.
∎ To develop Extracurricular activities to create an Islamic educational climate for students to learn and grow with leadership quality.
∎ To establish Islamic Norms, Values, Culture, and practices among the students.
∎ To perform all academic responsibilities related to student exams, parent dealing, and other duties as required.
∎ To Enable students to achieve communication skills in English.
∎ To Monitor and evaluate Teachers' and students' performance.
∎ To Develop professional relationships with other stakeholders.
∎ To maintain the applicable compliances of the regulatory authorities of the Government of Bangladesh.
∎ To promote the institute in the digital platform.
∎ To perform any other duties assigned by the Trust.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 50 years
∎ At least 5 years (s) of teaching experience in an English Medium School (primary level)
∎ Age Limit: Not applicable, but to be fit enough to take responsibility.
∎ Excellent communication and teaching ability in English.
∎ Knowledge of the latest education technology trends.
∎ Experience in managing academic and administrative operations.
∎ Strong communication and public relations skills.
