∎ Age at most 35 years
∎ High level of proficiency in English (both verbal & written) is essential.
∎ Experience in teaching got extra preference.
∎ 05 to 07 year(s) experience in similar position.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Experience in English Medium School, Professional Education Management, Sound Computer skill and good communication skill, TOT (Training of Teachers).

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ To ensure the overall academic functions as well as assistance to the Principal.
∎ A willingness to step in, step up, and support colleagues, students, and our wider community.
∎ A commitment to contributing to the cultural competence of our community.
∎ To coordinate, guide and train the teachers as per requirement.
∎ Responsible for disciplining the students and administration.
∎ Prepare Questions, Routines/Exam Routines, Syllabus, Session Plan, Lesson Plans, Teaching materials according to the International standard.
∎ Develop training module, handbook and School policies as required.
∎ Ensure teachers are taking classes properly and punctually according to the syllabus.
∎ Make strategic plans for admissions.
∎ Solve academic and administrative problems of teachers, students, guardians, and External Offices (Government Office, Private Office and other institutions) when required.
∎ Organize annual programs (Science Fair, Cultural Programs, Debates, Events, NAC Cup etc.).
∎ Take initiative whenever it is necessary in order to uphold the image of the School.
∎ Conduct Monitor and Evaluation of Teachers, perform Class Observations according to the OIS standard.
∎ Responsible for overall safety and security of the students.
∎ All work responsibilities are subject to having performance goals and/or targets established as part of the annual performance planning process or as the result.
