Job Responsibilities:
∎ To coordinate delivery of the School's curriculum and programmes across primary, middle school and high school in both IB and WACE;
∎ Be ready to deputize as Acting Principal as and when instructed;
∎ To provide leadership in the improvement of subject- wide, school-wide and/or curriculum-wide classroom instruction and pedagogical practices;
∎ To undertake regular professional learning to maintain an awareness of current educational trends and developments;
∎ To oversee and ensure whole-school compliance to the assisting of all students in their academic and social needs for both IB and WACE;
∎ To coordinate and oversee regular student reports for parents and other reports as requested by the Principal;
∎ To actively support the School's pastoral care and discipline policies and policies relating to "Duties other than Teaching" (DOTT);
∎ To be supportive of the School's Vision and Mission Statements, Strategic Plan and general policies and procedures;
∎ Coordinate with Vice Principal (Admin) on administrative and logistic issues;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 40 to 60 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Experience in IB and WACE curriulum will be given priority
∎ 3--5 years experience as a Vice Principal (Academic)
